Food Of Course Cookery School
At the Food of Course Cookery School you will be taught by Lou Hutton, either on the four week or one week courses. Lou has an amazing depth of knowledge and it shows. Her confidence and warmth are infectious, making courses a delight for everyone there.
Whether you are looking for life skills, intend to work in a chalet, set up a pop up restaurant or a catering company, travel the world, or just cook at home, Lou will be able to help and inspire you because she has done all of those things herself, and more. Her years of experience mean that she has a tip or trick at every turn. She has a natural flair for teaching, and makes long days in the kitchen pass in no time. You will leave full of confidence, having experienced new foods and flavours and want to share your new found knowledge with your family and friends.
The courses are run at her fabulous home in Somerset. It is a delightful place to stay and provides a real home from home in the kitchen with its country views and Aga, while still providing a well equipped place to cook and learn.
Lou Hutton is one of the ingredients that makes Food of Course a very special place to spend a month. Her ability to instil confidence and enthusiasm, while making cooking great fun, is endorsed by all her students. All would agree that she is able to totally change your thinking about food and cooking whether you are already a competent cook, or whether you have yet to master beans on toast.
